Two ‘COWARDLY’ men jailed over fatal Highters Heath flat fire

Stephen Dale and Tyler Phythian have been jailed after Daniel Gardner died in a fire at his Highters Heath flat. The court heard petrol was bought before the blaze was started outside the property.
