मुंबई में भारी बारिश के बीच स्कूल, कॉलेज और दफ्तर बंद होने की सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल खबर को BMC ने पूरी तरह फर्जी बताया है। नगर निगम ने स्पष्ट किया है कि 8 जुलाई को मुंबई में किसी भी तरह की छुट्टी घोषित नहीं की गई है और सभी संस्थान सामान्य रूप से खुले हैं। वहीं IMD ने मुंबई के लिए ऑरेंज अलर्ट हटाकर येलो अलर्ट जारी किया है। दूसरी ओर, भारी बारिश के चलते पालघर जिले में शैक्षणिक संस्थानों में अवकाश घोषित किया गया है।
