Preparation & Ingredients: Large pan to place the pizza dough in. I greased the pan spread my pizza dough out into the pan. You can also spread your pizza dough on a cutting board,etc if you like. I spread it out as far as it would go. I had some frozen broccoli of which I thawed out first then towel dry. Place pizza dough in pan, then put some shredded mozzarella cheese, then the broccoli like in the middle or all over, then the pepperoni little slices around the edges of the pizza. In the middle on top some yellow shredded cheese. I try to get low fat cheeses. Baked at 350-400. For about 30-45 min. Or until you see pizza brown, not too brown. I didn't realize I hadn't put sauce on the pizza, I usually do.
