The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Thursday, July 9, that despite 'Inday' weakening into a typhoon, 12 provinces remain under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 1, and is expected to bring gale-force gusts from Thursday to Saturday.
