Investigations into fugitive businessman Low Taek Jho, better known as Jho Low, remain active and have never been closed, says Datuk Seri Abd Halim Aman.
The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) chief commissioner dismissed speculation that the commission had halted its probe into the alleged mastermind behind the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) scandal.
