Emma is finally giving birth after an extremely lengthy pregnancy. (She's been pregnant for over a year). She is still unsure of who the baby dad is, as there are many who could be, but Carlos is pretty adamant that he is the father. Things get crazy when Emma and Carlos learn that the baby is 30 pounds and they have no idea why.
