ನಗರದಾದ್ಯಂತ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳು, ಫುಟ್ಪಾತ್ಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದೀರ್ಘಕಾಲದಿಂದ ಅನಾಥವಾಗಿ ಬಿದ್ದಿರುವ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರವುಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಬೃಹತ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ಆರಂಭವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಗ್ರೇಟರ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ (GBA) ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಐದು ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಸಂಚಾರಿ ಪೊಲೀಸರು (BTP) ಜಂಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಈ ವಿಶೇಷ ಡ್ರೈವ್ ಅನ್ನು ಕೈಗೆತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

The Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA), along with the five city corporations and Bengaluru Traffic Police (BTP), has launched a special drive to remove abandoned and long-parked vehicles from roadsides, footpaths, and other public places across the city.
Authorities say the initiative is aimed at clearing encroachments, improving traffic flow, and ensuring pedestrian safety. Vehicle owners are advised not to leave their vehicles unattended on public roads for extended periods to avoid towing action.
