The Selangor Education Department has pledged full cooperation in the investigation into an alleged bullying incident involving secondary school students in Rawang, after a video of the incident went viral on social media.
The department said no one involved would be shielded, adding that strict action would be taken against those found responsible in accordance with existing regulations.
