The Northern Territory's largest Aboriginal legal service has launched legal action against the NT government challenging its compensation laws. Acting on behalf of a youth detainee, the North Australian Aboriginal Justice Agency says the laws, which limit how much the government must pay if a prison officer breaks the law should not apply.
