The collapse of Cuba's national electrical grid on July 10 in the second nationwide outage in a week and the fourth this year has caused much more woes to its people who have been suffering from a US-imposed oil blockade.
Although electricity supply has already been restored, authorities said there would still be localized and scheduled power outages to manage the strained generation system.
