School attendance rates in the territory hit a new low at the end of last year, but the NT Education Minister was out celebrating improved term two data today, having copped criticism over the government's carrot and stick approach. The CLP's child protection reforms also defended, following uncertainly over whether they will lower the threshold for child removals.
