भारत की सर्वोच्च अदालत यानी सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court of India) के भीतर एक बेहद चौंकाने वाली और असामान्य घटना सामने आई है। अदालत में एक याचिका की सुनवाई चल रही थी कि तभी अचानक एक नाराज याचिकाकर्ता ने कोर्टरूम के भीतर ही न केवल कागजात उछाल दिए, बल्कि देश के मुख्य न्यायाधीश (CJI) जस्टिस सूर्यकांत के लिए बेहद भद्दे और आपत्तिजनक शब्दों का इस्तेमाल किया. इस अप्रत्याशित हरकत से कुछ देर के लिए पूरे कोर्टरूम का माहौल बेहद तनावपूर्ण हो गया।

हालांकि, इस गंभीर स्थिति के बीच भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश (CJI) जस्टिस सूर्यकांत ने जिस संयम और संजीदगी से मामले को संभाला, वह तारीफ के काबिल है. चीफ जस्टिस ने बेहद बड़प्पन दिखाते हुए कहा कि "बच्चे हैं, ऐसी गलतियां हो जाती हैं।" उन्होंने आरोपी पर तुरंत भारी कार्रवाई करने के बजाय एक मार्गदर्शक की भूमिका निभाई। इसके साथ ही सीजेआई ने देश को एक बड़ा संदेश देते हुए स्पष्ट किया कि सभी लोगों को संवैधानिक संस्थाओं की गरिमा और मर्यादा बनाए रखनी चाहिए, क्योंकि यह हम सबकी सामूहिक जिम्मेदारी है।
