Some Neck Bridge holds with a 102½lb Trenton anvil, which reminds me, we did just have a Strongman meet in Trenton, ME. I would like to do another Strongman meet. Anyways, the neck and upper back feel awesome right now. Am I trying to be an idiot doing this? No. I just know that my sense of self-preservation is strong, and to me, 102½lb isn't a lot of weight. Not once did l feel like l was in danger. It helps that I've done PLENTY of Neck Bridge work with much more weight. Even if you don't use any added weight, l still recommend EVERYONE do Neck Bridge work to pull that posture back in line. God Bless.
