Port Macquarie-Hastings Council has signed on the dotted line to commit to a contract to build the $153m Cowarra Water Treatment Plant. On Friday, July 17 Port Macquarie-Hastings mayor Adam Roberts said the signing of the contract for the infrastructure was a landmark event.
