ओडिशा के पुरी में चल रही भगवान जगन्नाथ रथ यात्रा का पहला चरण शुक्रवार को पूरा हो गया है. भगवान जगन्नाथ, बड़े भाई भगवान बलभद्र और बहन देवी सुभद्रा के रथ बीते शुक्रवार को गुंडिचा मंदिर पहुंच गए हैं. श्री जगन्नाथ मंदिर प्रशासन के मुख्य प्रशासक अरविंद पाढ़ी ने बताया कि परंपरा के अनुसार, भगवान की मूर्तियां रात भर अपने रथों पर ही विराजमान रहीं और शनिवार शाम को उन्हें श्री गुंडिचा मंदिर ले जाया जाएगा, जिसे उनका जन्मस्थान माना जाता है.
The first phase of the ongoing Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, Odisha, concluded on Friday. The chariots of Lord Jagannath, his elder brother Lord Balabhadra, and sister Goddess Subhadra reached the Gundicha Temple that day. Arabinda Padhee, Chief Administrator of the Shree Jagannath Temple Administration, stated that in accordance with tradition, the deities remained seated on their chariots overnight and would be taken to the Shree Gundicha Temple—considered their birthplace—on Saturday evening.
