Some travel days come with an unexpected view that resets the scale of everything.
From the airplane window, Artemis II can be seen lifting away from the ground and climbing into the sky, leaving a bright trail behind it as the plane continues forward above Florida.
"My family and I were on a plane flying back from our holiday in Orlando when the pilot told us to look out the window. We were amazed to see a rocket taking off—one of the most impressive things I have ever seen!" the filmer, Kian, told WooGlobe.
The scene holds steady on the rising plume as it stretches upward and gradually thins. For a few seconds, the usual in-flight view is replaced by something rarely seen at cruising altitude.
The moment passes quietly, leaving the window frame to do the work of a front-row seat.
