Super Force ('90-'92) actor Ken Olandt may resemble actress Alicia Silverstone & another actor, actress or group from some TV series, etc. My guess? Possibly Jim Carrey. The two played characters in the Batman movie series in the 1990's. Carrey was villain Riddler in Batman Forever in '95 & Silverstone was Batgirl in Batman & Robin in '97.
