A 31-year-old Tasmanian manis recovering in the Royal Hobart Hospital, after he was bitten by a shark off Bruny Island this morning. He was spearfishing when the attack occurred and was helped to shore by other divers. Shark attacks are rare and in this case the species is believed to be a two-metre long Broadnose Sevengill shark.
