🍋 Amaretto Sour with a twist:
40ml LUNE x Four Pillars Gin
15ml Almond Syrup (Orgeat syrup)
10ml Amaretto
25ml Lemon juice
20ml Aquafaba or egg white
📝 Method:
1. Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker
2. Dry shake
3. Add ice
