The Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago is calling for respectful public debate following a wave of criticism directed at Court of Appeal judges over their ruling in the Hadeed case.
While acknowledging the public's right to question judicial decisions, the Association is warning that personal attacks and allegations against the Judiciary risk undermining public confidence in the administration of justice.
