Senator-judge Robin Padilla told the House prosecution panel to not provide any witnesses with supposed existing perjury raps, citing the panel's witnesses National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) regional director Jeremy Lotoc, and senior agent John Mark Calilung, during the ninth day of the impeachment trial against Vice President Sara Duterte, on Wednesday, July 22.
