The ABC can reveal an unlawful excavation of a cliff near Paringa in South Australia's Riverland has disturbed Aboriginal ancestral human remains. The landowner has paid a financial settlement for digging without council approval but Traditional Owners say they feel let down by systems meant to protect their heritage and culture.
