Saltburn Cliff Tramway moves closer to reopening after new carriages return

Newly built carriages have been lifted back onto the Saltburn Cliff Tramway as refurbishment work reaches its final stage. Testing, commissioning and staff training are now due before passenger services are expected to resume within a fortnight.
