Devshayani Ekadashi 2026: देवशयनी एकादशी के दिन भगवान विष्णु को शयन कैसे कराएं ?

Devshayani Ekadashi 2026: शास्त्रीय परंपरा के अनुसार प्रातः स्नान के बाद पूजा स्थल को स्वच्छ कर भगवान विष्णु या श्रीलक्ष्मी-नारायण की प्रतिमा अथवा चित्र स्थापित करें। पंचामृत एवं गंगाजल से अभिषेक करने के बाद पीले वस्त्र अर्पित करें। चंदन का तिलक लगाएं, तुलसी दल, पीले पुष्प, धूप, दीप, नैवेद्य और मौसमी फल अर्पित करें। इसके बाद भगवान को खीर या दूध से बनी मिठाई का भोग लगाएं। पूजन के अंत में भगवान के समक्ष एक स्वच्छ पीला या सफेद वस्त्र बिछाकर उस पर छोटा तकिया या गद्दी प्रतीक रूप में रखें। भगवान से प्रार्थना करें कि वे चार माह के लिए योगनिद्रा में विराजमान हों और समस्त सृष्टि पर अपनी कृपा बनाए रखें। इस अवसर पर "ॐ नमो नारायणाय" अथवा विष्णु सहस्रनाम का पाठ करना अत्यंत शुभ माना गया है।Devshayani Ekadashi 2026: Devshayani Ekadashi ke din bhagwan vishnu ko shayan kaise karaye ?

According to classical tradition, after bathing in the morning, clean the place of worship and install an idol or picture of Lord Vishnu or Sri Lakshmi-Narayan. After anointing with Panchamrit and Ganga water, offer yellow clothes. Apply a sandalwood tilak, offer Tulsi leaves, yellow flowers, incense, a lamp, naivedya, and seasonal fruits. After this, offer Kheer or a sweet made from milk to the Lord. At the end of the worship, spread a clean yellow or white cloth in front of the Lord and place a small pillow or cushion on it as a symbol. Pray to the Lord that he may enter into Yognidra for four months and bestow his blessings upon the entire creation. Reciting "Om Namo Narayanaya" or Vishnu Sahasranama on this occasion is considered extremely auspicious.
