ದೆಹಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಮತ್ತು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ದಾಳಿಗಳ ನಡುವೆಯೇ, ಖಾಲಿಸ್ತಾನಿ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕತಾವಾದಿ ಪನ್ನುನ್ ಈ ಚಳವಳಿಗೆ 100 ಕೋಟಿ ನೀಡುವಾಗಿ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಗಂಭೀರವಾದದ್ದು ಈ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯ ಹಿಂದೆ ಖಾಲಿಸ್ತಾನಿ ಬೆಂಬಲಿಗರು, ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾದೇಶಿ ಇಸ್ಲಾಮಿಕ್ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಜಾರ್ಜ್ ಸೊರೊಸ್ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್‌ನಂತಹ ವಿದೇಶಿ ಶಕ್ತಿಗಳು ದೇಶದ ವಾತಾವರಣವನ್ನು ಹಾಳುಮಾಡಲು ಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಸಂಸದ ನಿಶಿಕಾಂತ್ ದುಬೆ ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Referring to reports of Khalistani separatist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun's alleged ₹100 crore support claim, Dubey accused Khalistani supporters, Bangladeshi Islamist groups, and organizations linked to George Soros of attempting to disturb the country's atmosphere.
