This video was recorded over several months and shows how the maintenance company FirstPort, along with their chosen contractor, have allowed an entire pathway on a Redrow estate to become completely engulfed by vegetation.
Despite the contractors visiting regularly, usually once every two weeks, they have consistently prioritised cutting already short, dry grass instead of addressing the real issues.
As I have previously stated in other videos, there appears to be nobody from FirstPort or Redrow — the landowners — attending the site to ensure that work is carried out in an appropriate manner.
Yet they are always quick to collect fees and identify repairs that every resident on the street is expected to pay for.
