Three men who were detained during the State of Emergency are now calling for investigations into what they describe as a failure to comply with laws governing the Strategic Services Agency and the interception of communications. Through their attorneys, they have written to the Speaker of the House, the Commissioner of Police, the Director of Public Prosecutions and the Head of the Special Investigations Unit, claiming that key annual reports appear to be missing from Parliament.
