For twenty years, a group of volunteers has been fighting a battle against one of the bush capital's most disliked birds. The Indian Myna Competi with native wildlife for habitat and food and was declared a pest species by the ACT government five years ago. The group say little has been done to bring down the population and the birds are now back in bigger numbers than they've seen in years.
