A late-night commotion unfolded on Parliament Street in Delhi when a Nihang suddenly began swinging a stick amid a gathered crowd. Visuals captured around 11:00 pm on Friday showed people running away for safety as the Nihang brandished the stick while performing a stunt, before falling to the ground himself.
