Mumbai, Maharashtra: Actor and model Dheeraj Dhoopar, in a recent press conference, opened up about his journey on the reality show Lock Upp Season 2 after getting evicted. He addressed audience opinions that male contestants weren’t able to do much on the show, and revealed that he was the only contestant to remain in the green zone for 5 consecutive weeks. Dheeraj also spoke about how contestants who were voted out by him were called back to the show after a few weeks, and the advantage they gained by re-entering. He further opened up about the relationship between Harshit and Shivangi. Dheeraj also mentioned that several negative comments were passed on his wife after Yogesh’s eviction. Talking about Ram Kapoor, he clarified that Ram did not support him during an elimination task. However, he stated that they share a brotherly bond and considers Ram Kapoor like a brother to him. Dheeraj also explained the main reason behind eliminating Yogesh from the show. He spoke about why most contestants were against actress Shilpa Shinde, and said that she is playing a character on the reality show. He also addressed his argument with Shreya Kalra on the show, adding that both of them later apologized to each other. He said that this moment was not shown on television.
