Watch this emotional clip where a heartbroken little girl is reunited with her beloved puppy after the pet was found trapped inside a deep drain.
Alma Salomo, from Namibia, realized that their aunt had accidentally left the house door open while leaving for work, unaware that Noah’s puppy, Zoey, had followed her outside early in the morning.
When Noah woke up at around 11 a.m., she immediately went looking for Zoey, as she does every day, only to realise that the puppy had been missing since approximately 6 a.m. The young girl became distraught and was close to tears as the family began searching the surrounding streets.
After initially finding no sign of the puppy, the family suddenly heard faint cries in the distance. Following the sound, they discovered that Zoey had fallen into a deep drain and was unable to escape.
Seeing her puppy trapped left Noah heartbroken, but she quickly called for help. Despite the risks involved, the family worked together to rescue Zoey safely from the drain before finally reuniting the pair.
