69-year-old Star Sabga remains in detention at this time despite a High Court judge ordering her immediate release from prison Monday afternoon.
The judge ruled that she be placed under strict house arrest while her constitutional challenge against a Preventive Detention Order is heard.
But the state was granted a stay of that ruling which will be heard later tonight.
