The Director of Public Prosecutions has given instructions to charge the jet ski operator, in connection with the death of seven year old Angelica Jogie.
This follows the death of the child , following a jet ski incident at the Pigeon Point beach. Legal action is being taken against the Tobago House of Assembly (THA) in the case.
