Five years after it was written off as a failed tourist attraction, Melbourne's Star Observation Wheel will finally light up again ahead of its planned re-opening later this year. Among those eagerly awaiting its return are patients at the Royal Children's Hospital, who used to watch it glow throughout the night from their windows.
