The submitted records detail severe irregularities, including ghost projects, double appropriations, and recycled photo billings totaling ₱14.4 billion between 2020 and 2025. Lacson assured that his team will continue to uncover facts to support potential charges of plunder, malversation, and anti-graft violations.
