On July 28th, Venezuela marks the 72nd birth anniversary of Bolivarian Revolution Commander Hugo Rafael Chavez Frias, who was born on the date in 1954, in Sabaneta in the state of Barinas. On the occasion, acting president Delcy Rodriguez shared a message on her socials highlighting the late leader's role.
