Watch as a wild snake is caught enjoying an easy meal after emerging from a narrow crack in the pavement.
Aaron Denton captured the fascinating wildlife encounter in Everton, Arkansas,USA. The video shows the snake partially hidden inside a deep crack in the concrete, with only its head and upper body visible.
Clamped firmly in its jaws is a small fish, which had been given to the reptile. The snake slowly works the fish deeper into its mouth, swallowing the prey whole while remaining tucked safely inside the crevice.
