This short tells a story about what would happen if Dinosaurs came back, and got every country they want. First thing they would do, is take over Germany, and start taking over the whole Europe. European soldiers would unite, and try to beat them, but they would be destroyed. Russia, US and China would unite their forces, and together, they would be able to defeat the Dinosaurs, who would still roam the Earth somewhere...
