इस भाषण में सांसद असदुद्दीन ओवैसी ने परीक्षा पत्र लीक, युवाओं के भविष्य और सरकार की नीतियों पर गंभीर सवाल उठाए। उन्होंने कहा कि केवल सख्त कानून, जुर्माना बढ़ाने या विशेष टास्क फोर्स बनाने से समस्या का समाधान नहीं होगा, बल्कि पूरे परीक्षा तंत्र में पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही लाना आवश्यक है। उन्होंने नीट, यूजीसी-नेट और अन्य परीक्षाओं में हुई अनियमितताओं का उल्लेख करते हुए राष्ट्रीय परीक्षा एजेंसी (एनटीए) की कार्यप्रणाली पर भी सवाल खड़े किए। ओवैसी ने परीक्षा प्रक्रिया में आधुनिक तकनीक, एआई आधारित प्रश्न बैंक, मजबूत जांच व्यवस्था और व्हिसलब्लोअर सुरक्षा की मांग की। उन्होंने पेपर लीक से प्रभावित छात्रों, विशेषकर आत्महत्या करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों के प्रति संवेदना व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि युवाओं का सरकार पर विश्वास कमजोर हुआ है। अंत में उन्होंने सरकार से युवाओं की समस्याओं को गंभीरता से लेने, परीक्षा प्रणाली में व्यापक सुधार करने और निष्पक्ष एवं पारदर्शी व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने की अपील की।
