The low-pressure area that had entered southern Luzon has disappeared and is expected to improve conditions in areas affected by the LPA, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Thursday, July 30.
PAGASA also mentioned that a new low-pressure area (LPA) was located outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR); the LPA was located 1,615 kilometers east of eastern Visayas.
