जम्मू-कश्मीर के कुलगाम जिले में आतंकियों ने एक ईंट-भट्ठे पर काम कर रहे गैर-स्थानीय मजदूरों को निशाना बनाया। इस हमले में छत्तीसगढ़ के 24 वर्षीय मजदूर की मौत हो गई, जबकि एक अन्य मजदूर गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया। अधिकारियों के अनुसार, हमलावरों ने अचानक फायरिंग कर वारदात को अंजाम दिया। यह पिछले करीब 21 महीनों में जम्मू-कश्मीर में प्रवासी मजदूरों पर पहला घातक आतंकी हमला माना जा रहा है। घटना के बाद पूरे इलाके की घेराबंदी कर सुरक्षा बलों ने तलाशी अभियान शुरू कर दिया है।
