Former Commission on Audit Intelligence and Confidential Funds Audit Office (COA-ICFAO) state auditor Roderick Wamil testified on Monday, Aug. 3, that during his term from 2014 to 2024, he audited only the confidential funds of Vice President Sara Duterte in her capacities as vice president and education secretary.
Wamil said Duterte was the only vice president and Department of Education (DepEd) secretary who had confidential fund allocations during that period.
