Sheriff Chris Nanos of the Pima County Sheriff’s Department (PCSD) has explained why authorities decided to release ransom notes received following the disappearance of Savannah Guthrie's mother Nancy Guthrie - insisting he hopes members of the public will be able to help track down who wrote them.
