WATCH: Atty. Lorna Kapunan on Tuesday, Aug. 4, presented documentary evidence showing the alleged unliquidated and misused confidential funds of Vice President Sara Duterte based on the accomplishment reports submitted by the Office of the Vice President (OVP) to the Commission on Audit's Intelligence and Confidential Funds Audit Office (COA-ICFAO).
Former COA state auditor Roderick Wamil also testified that the OVP failed to submit supporting documents to prove the successful implementation of transactions involving reward payments.
