An Ukrainian drone came down on a crowded beach on Russia’s Black Sea coast. Seven people, including three children, were killed and about 40 injured, Krasnodar governor Veniamin Kondratyev said, calling it a deliberate Ukrainian attack on civilians. Video shows gunfire before impact. Ukraine has not commented.
