Health Secretary Jose Pujalte Jr. convenes the Department of Health's 'Council of Experts' composed of former Health secretaries to advise him on how Universal Health Care should be implemented under his administration. The experts are composed of Jaime Galvez-Tan, Carmencita Reodica, Manuel Dayrit, Esperanza Cabral, and Janet Garin.
