A non-publication order has been lifted in the criminal trial of Alan Jones. It means tonight we can report his defence arguments for the first time. Lawyers for Mr Jones have sought to discredit the first complainant claiming he concocted his allegations and was pursuing Alan Jones for money after he was forced to resign from his job.
