Private prosecutor Benjamin "Jay" Tolosa Jr. renewed the prosecution panel's call for Vice President Sara Duterte to answer the allegations against her before the Senate impeachment court after the Supreme Court dismissed all petitions challenging the House's impeachment proceedings.
