Labor groups back Solicitor General's motion seeking to lift TRO on P85 wage hike
Federation of Free Workers (FFW) President and Nagkaisa Labor Coalition Chairman Sonny Matula says labor groups support the Office of the Solicitor General's (OSG) motion for reconsideration seeking the lifting of the temporary restraining order (TRO) on NCR Wage Order 27 and have also filed a manifestation supporting the motion. Matula added that the labor groups argued that the Pasig Regional Trial Court had no jurisdiction over the petition and that any challenge to the wage order should have been brought before the National Wages and Productivity Commission within 10 days of the publication of NCR Wage Order 27.
