A busy atmosphere later turned tense, as the Ministry of Homeland Security continued its construction of a police post at the Eddie Hart Grounds.
While support came in from the Local Government Minister, intervention by the Chairman of the Tunapuna Piarco Regional Corporation seeking to stop the work soon led to the eruption of chaos by a handful of those in favor of the initiative.
